Shipping Questions:
- How are machines shipped from SewAmazed?
- We normally ship machines with DHL ground service. You can expect an e-mail with the tracking information once your machine is on it's way. We insure all machine shipments and require signature for delivery on some orders. Parts and notions will often be shipped priority mail.
- What do I do if my machine arrives damaged?
- Although it is very unusual, if you find damage on your new machine let us know immediately. We will handle filing the claim, sending the shipper out to inspect and pick up the package. We will then get a replacement on the way to you as soon as possible.
- When will my order be shipped?
- Most orders are shipped in 1 to 2 business days. If for some reason your order will take longer we will call or email with the new shipping estimate.
