Purchase Questions:
- I'm not comfortable ordering on line, what are my options?
- We at SewAmazed take your concerns seriously. It may help to know that the information you share with us when placing an order will be on secure pages (look for the little padlock on the bottom of your browser window indicating a secure page). We will not share any of your personal information with anyone who is not needed in order to fulfill your order. We will not sell your address to others. If you still prefer not to order on line feel free to call us during our regular business hours. The hours and phone numbers are under the navigation buttons on the left side of most of our pages.
- What is the return policy on SewAmazed?
- That depends on the merchandise purchased. Note all returns require a RA (return authorization) number, and no returns will be accepted after 30 days, so call or email first. Returns without an RA number will result in additional charges or refusal of the package. Singer sewing machines, embroidery machines, and sergers can be returned to exchange for the same or better machine for up to 30 days. The only extra charge for this will be the shipping (both ways in the case of free shipping on original purchase). Refunds will be credited to the same card used for the purchase, as long as the machine is returned in the original packaging in like new condition. Credit will be issued less any shipping charges and the 15% restock fee (20% if RA number is missing). Returns on software or presses are limited to exchange for same item only, and only if the original is defective.
After 30 days machines will be referred to service. Your warranty is good with our service department as well as any factory service center.
